Third-party liability insurance
in private life (OC w życiu prywatnym)
Choose what you want to do

Have you moved and want to change the address of your primary insured location in your policy or change the address of an additional location in your policy?

How can you do that?

A letter concerning the change of address of the location, containing:

  • exact address of the new location,
  • number of the policy concerned,
  • your signature.
  • Do you want to increase the warranty amount or extend the scope of insurance?
  • If possible, use supplementary insurance. Remember that this will involve payment of an additional premium.

How can you do that?

Documents you will need:

  • a written request, prepared with an agent, for supplementary insurance confirmed with your own signature.
  • Do you want to change the insured person under your third-party liability insurance in private life policy?
  •
  • IMPORTANT: A child under 13 years of age is not liable - parents or legal guardians bear the liability. This means that children up to the age of 13 do not have to be indicated as being insured under a third-party liability in private life policy. Children’s parents, parents or guardians should be indicated as the insured. If a child is over 13 years old (13-18), they should be indicated as another insured person.

How can you do that?

Send us a letter of amendment or addition of an insured person signed by the policyholder

  • remember, it should contain:
  • number of the policy concerned,
  • data of the new insured persons: first and last name, PESEL number, address of residence.

An annex confirming the change will be sent to you by post to the indicated address for correspondence.

Do you want to add an insured person to your third-party liability insurance in private life policy? In such a situation the scope of insurance will need to be changed. Remember that increasing the number of people insured under your third-party liability in your private life policy may involve payment of an additional premium.

How can you do that?

Send us:

  • A request to change the scope of the insurance, confirmed with your handwritten signature - in case an additional premium has to be charged.
  • A letter asking for the addition of an insured person signed by the policyholder - in case the addition of another person does not result in an additional premium.

An annex confirming the change will be sent to you by post to the indicated address for correspondence. If you provide personal details of the added person in writing, these will be listed in the annex.

We have sent you a proposal to renew your policy for the subsequent period, but you do not want to continue the contract.

What should you do?

You do not have to give notice of termination in writing in order to cancel your insurance. The insurance contract will expire at the end of the insurance period for which it was concluded. You do not have to send us a notice.

If you decide you do not want to continue with the insurance in the next period, it is enough that you do not pay for a renewal. If you do not pay the premium, the offer to continue the insurance will expire after 30 days.
