Treatment costs
As part of our international travel medical expenses insurance, we will organise and pay for medical services in the event of a sudden illness or accident.
What we provide
Medical expenses coverage of up to PLN 5,000,000 - in the Max a package:
PLN 1,000,000 to cover the cost of treatment in case of exacerbation of symptoms of a chronic illness (up to PLN 200,000 in other packages),
PLN 1,000 may be available to insured persons for dental treatment (e.g. in case of sudden pain).
Rescue and transport
As part of the Rescue and Transport abroad insurance, we will organise and cover the costs of transport services in the event of a sudden illness or accident of the Insured and cover the costs of search or rescue if the insured person goes missing.
What we provide
If a search and rescue operation is required, we can cover the costs up to PLN 100,000, and if transport if needed (including medical transport), we will organise and cover its costs - no limit applies to this service.
Accident
Coverage of the consequences of an accident resulting in injury or death.
What we provide
If you suffer an injury as a result of an accident - we can pay a certain percentage of the sum insured according to the Standard Injury Assessment Table, and in the event of death as a result of an accident - 100% of the sum insured, i.e. in the Max package up to PLN 150,000.
Third-party liability insurance in private life
Insurance coverage for liability in private life for damage caused to third parties and damage to their property.
What we provide
If you cause damage to property or to another person’s health - we can pay out up to 100% of the sum insured from the Liability in Private Life insurance, which can mean up to PLN 2,000,000 in the Max package.
Baggage insurance
We cover baggage in the event of damage, destruction, loss or theft of baggage and costs incurred in the event of delayed delivery of baggage.
What we provide
If your baggage goes missing, we can pay out compensation to cover your damages - up to PLN 10,000 in the Max package, and if your baggage is delayed, we can cover the resulting costs - up to PLN 1,000 in the Plus, Extra and Max packages.
Assistance
Cover for arranging assistance services in the event of sudden illness, accident, act of terror or act of war.

You can take out international travel insurance before you travel. The coverage does not begin until the premium is paid. If you are outside of Poland at the time of concluding the contract, the insurance cover will commence at the earliest 3 days after the conclusion of the contract and the payment of the premium (grace period - we do not charge a premium for this period), not earlier than 6 hours after the conclusion of the contract.
Under the International Travel Insurance, in the event of a sudden illness of the Insured such as exacerbation of symptoms of a chronic disease, we will cover the costs of medical services up to PLN 200,000 in the Comfort, Plus and Extra packages, and up to PLN 1,000,000 in the Max package.
