Robert Hoerberg

Matthias Baltin joined the Allianz Group in 2009 as manager in the division responsible for insurance business in Southern Europe. In subsequent years, he held supervisory board positions in Allianz companies in Italy, Turkey and Greece. In 2016-2018 he worked at Allianz Bank Financial Advisors SPA in Italy. Since September 2018, he was the Vise President of the Management Board of the Allianz insurance companies in Poland, in June 2019 he was appointed President of the Allianz insurance companies in Poland.

Prior to joining the Allianz Group, he worked at Swiss Re and McKinsey. He is a graduate of business administration at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany and a CFA charterholder. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a PhD title from RWTH Aachen Technical University in Germany.

Robert Hoerberg

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw, attorney-at-law.

His whole career has been connected to insurance. After his judicial training, which he completed at the Voivodeship Court in Warsaw and after legal training, he worked for three years at the State Insurance Supervisory Office. He joined Allianz Polska Group in 1999 as a legal advisor, after which he held the positions of legal advisor team coordinator, manager and since 2009 Director of the Legal Department.

His professional interests focus on issues concerning third-party liability insurance. He is the chairman of the Subcommittee for Third-Party Liability Insurance at PIU and represents Poland in the Civil Liability Committee of Insurance Europe.

Robert Hoerberg

Graduate of the Polish-Japanese University of Information Technology in Warsaw and the University of Management and Law in Warsaw.

He started his professional career in 2004 as a marketing and sales specialist at Oracle. Since 2006 he has been involved with the insurance industry. First, he worked for PZU S.A., where he held the position of a coordinator in the Product Management Department of the Rating Department. In 2010, he moved to Liberty Direct, where he was responsible for new product development, and then became bancassurance channel manager. In 2011, he continued his professional career at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe Proama, where he was the Product and Bancassurance Director, and then became Head of Sales and Product Assortment. Since 2016, he has been working for Allianz Polska, where he held the position of Managing Director for Mass Products in the non-life company. Since June 2018, a member of the Management Board responsible for managing the Underwriting and Product Management Division in both Allianz insurance companies – non-life and life.

Martin Klecha joined the Allianz Group in 2017 as a Director of Business Development for Central and Eastern Europe. As from 2019 he was the Head of Sales/Broker Management for the same region and in January 2021 he was appointed as Chief Sales Officer for Allianz in Poland.

Prior to joining Allianz he worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies where he held various positions in Austria, Germany, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

Martin is a graduate from the University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden in Germany where he got a diploma at the Faculty of Economics in the field of Insurance Management. He also holds an Executive MBA from Cass Business School in London.

Vojtech Pivny has been associated with the Allianz Group since the beginning of his career. In 2008, he joined Allianz in the Czech Republic as a risk manager.In 2014-2016, he worked at Allianz SE in the Group risk department. At that time, he was responsible, among others, for capital closing of Allianz SE holding as well as risk oversight of Benelux region and Greece. In the years 2016-2020 he was the Regional Chief Risk Officer at Allianz Benelux responsible for risk and capital management, asset-liability management and actuarial function holder. From January 2021, he is the Chief Financial Officer at Allianz in Poland.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where he obtained a master degree in the field of Corporate Economics and Management. He also holds an engineering degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague in the field of Business and Administration.
