To access the Allianz Bank Polska e-Banking system you need your personal User ID (the eight-digit customer number), Password and a mobile phone (mobile phone is required for the first log on).

• Step 1: in order to access the Internet account, you have to go to the Allianz Bank website at http://www.allianz.pl/ or go directly to the transaction site at https://www.allianz24.pl/
• Step 2: the system asks you to enter your personal User ID number,
• Step 3: the system asks you to enter your Password. While you are accessing Internet banking system for the first time then have to use a provisional password. The system will recognize you as a new user and ask to change this first log-on password to a new unique Password. This change has to be confirmed with an Kod SMS (SMS Code). From this moment you will always log on to the system with your User ID number and your own Password,
• Step 4: after that you have to click on the Log on button.
